Bandan Koro: Theater & History

The Bandan Koro African Drum and Dance Ensemble will present theatrical selections of traditionally-based West African drumming and dance along with presentations of traditional folklore by way of the Griot (historian).

3D Design with Tinkercad
Thursday, February 7 at 6:30 pm
Learn the basics of 3D design using Tinkercad. Participants will create a chess piece suitable for printing on the library’s 3D printer. Once you’ve completed this hands-on workshop, you’ll be able to add shapes to the Tinkercad workspace, size and manipulated objects, and combine shapes to create an original design. No 3D design experience necessary. Familiarity with using mouse and keyboard required.

Hygge At The Library

Hygge (pronounced hoo-ga) is the Danish word used to acknowledge a moment as cozy or special. Unwind and unplug from the everyday rush, and practice lots of hygge in our cozy space with cocoa, tea and self-directed crafts. Feel free to bring your knitting, coloring, etc. to enjoy some uninterrupted leisure time.
