To fulfill this mission, the Wylie Police Department is committed to providing professional and effective police services to the citizens of Wylie. The Department is currently comprised of 47 full-time certified Police Officers, and is supported by civilian staff of 5 members who serve as clerical, records, administrative, and property/evidence management.
